Bubblebee Sdn Bhd (hereinafter referred to as “Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our”) is committed to protecting the privacy of the Personal Data (as defined herein) disclosed to us through our stores, website, mobile phone and our Bubblebee mobile application (“Platforms”). This personal data protection notice (“Privacy Policy”) sets out how we collect, use, protect, disclose and process your Personal Data.

The personal data that you provide to us are, but not limited to, as follow:

1. Your personal details such as name, identity card number, date of birth, address, gender, age, e-mail address, mobile number and other similar personal data;
2. Your personal financial account information such as credit card number and other similar payment information whenever you make payment through any of the Platforms;
3. Your username, password, profile picture and other relevant security information in respect to account authentication and administration; and
4. Your individual resume data whenever you submit a job application to us;

Your personal data may be collected directly from you or your authorized representatives including:

1. when you visit our Platforms;
2. when you sign up to set an account in any of the Platforms;
3. when you join our contest, marketing events or respond to any survey or promotions;
4. when you join our online campaign; and
5. from our business partner.

Your Personal Data will be processed by us or such other third parties (as the case may be) such as our affiliates, auditors, consultants, advisors or such other relevant parties for the following purposes:

Any amendment made to any part of this Privacy Policy will be effective immediately upon posting or placing the amended version on any or all of the Platforms. By downloading, using or accessing any of the Platforms, you are agreeing that you have read and agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy, our terms of use and consent to our collection, use, processing and disclosure practises set out in this Privacy Policy.
